1 Definitions & Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise. References to the singular include the plural and vice versa. References to any statute or statutory provision include any subordinate legislation made under it.

Where any conflict exists between these Terms & Conditions and the rules of a specific game or promotion, the specific game or promotion rules shall take precedence for that matter only. In all other respects, these Terms & Conditions shall govern.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

To register and maintain an active account on ngd77, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. Online gambling is only lawful for adults, and ngd77 strictly enforces this threshold.
• You are accessing ngd77 from a jurisdiction where online casino and sports betting activity is not explicitly prohibited under applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to verify the legality of online gambling in your location before registering.
• You are registering as a private individual acting on your own behalf and for your own personal entertainment. Corporate accounts, syndicate accounts, and accounts created on behalf of third parties are not permitted.
• You are not currently subject to any self-exclusion order, either voluntary (initiated through ngd77's responsible gaming tools) or mandatory (imposed by a third party), that would restrict your access to gambling services.
• You have not previously had an ngd77 account closed by ngd77 for reasons of fraud, rule violations, or repeated breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• You are of sound mind and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement.

Age Verification Process

ngd77 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any stage of your relationship with the platform. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. Where age verification is pending, ngd77 may suspend withdrawal rights and restrict access to certain high-value promotions until verification is complete. If documentary evidence confirms that a player is under 18, the account will be closed immediately, all pending bets will be voided, and any deposited funds will be returned to the originating payment method where technically possible.

Geo-Restriction Disclaimer

ngd77 primarily targets players located in Bangladesh. The platform is not marketed to, and does not knowingly accept registrations from, jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly and comprehensively prohibited. ngd77 makes no representations that the services offered on the platform are lawful, appropriate, or available in all jurisdictions. Players who access ngd77 from outside Bangladesh do so at their own initiative and risk.

3 Account Registration & Verification

To access the full range of services on ngd77 — including deposits, betting, casino games, and withdrawals — you must register a player account. Registration is free of charge. ngd77 does not charge any account maintenance fees.

Registration Requirements

During registration you will be asked to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You must not provide false, incomplete, or misleading information. ngd77 reserves the right to close any account at any time if it is discovered that the registration information provided was inaccurate or fraudulent.

One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold one active account only on the ngd77 platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether under your own name, a pseudonym, or a family member's or third party's details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. ngd77 uses automated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Upon detection, all duplicate accounts will be closed, all associated bonus balances forfeited, and real-money balances subject to review before any refund is considered.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. ngd77 will not be held liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access was made possible by your failure to adequately protect your credentials. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify ngd77 support immediately via live chat. ngd77 strongly recommends enabling SMS OTP two-factor authentication to provide an additional layer of account security.

KYC & Enhanced Verification

ngd77 may require enhanced identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawal requests, particularly for first-time withdrawals or withdrawals above ৳50,000. Required documents may include a government-issued photo ID, proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within three months), and proof of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to provide requested KYC documents within 14 calendar days of the request may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal access.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Terms

All transactions on ngd77 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies. Currency conversion is not offered.

Supported Payment Methods

ngd77 currently accepts the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay (mobile banking), Dutch-Bangla Bank (internet banking), and Visa / Mastercard (debit and credit cards where permitted by the issuing bank). Additional payment methods may be added or removed at any time without prior notice. The full current list of supported methods is displayed on the Cashier page within your account.

Minimum & Maximum Transaction Limits

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 (mobile banking methods); ৳500 (bank transfer and card payments).
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 via all methods.
• Maximum single withdrawal: ৳500,000. Players requiring withdrawals above this amount should contact support to arrange processing in tranches.
• Daily withdrawal limit: ৳1,000,000 (one million Taka) across all methods combined.

Deposit Processing Times

Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your ngd77 wallet within 1–3 minutes of a successful mobile banking transaction. Bank transfer deposits may take 5–30 minutes depending on the processing load of the sending institution. Card deposits are credited within 5–20 minutes. If a deposit does not appear in your account within 30 minutes, please contact support with the transaction reference number.

Withdrawal Processing Times

Withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 15–30 minutes during normal operating hours. Withdrawals to Rocket and Upay may take up to 60 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within 1–3 business days. Card withdrawals follow the timeline of the issuing bank and may take 3–7 business days. All stated times are indicative and may be extended during periods of high transaction volume, national holidays, or where KYC verification is pending.

Responsible Deposits

ngd77 only accepts deposits from payment methods registered in the player's own name. Deposits from third-party payment sources — including family members, friends, or corporate accounts — are not permitted and will be reversed where technically possible. Any winnings generated from a third-party deposit may be forfeited pending investigation.

5 Bonus & Promotional Terms

ngd77 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, in addition to the general bonus principles set out in this section. In the event of any conflict, the offer-specific terms prevail.

General Bonus Principles

• Bonuses are only available to players who have completed account registration and, where required, initial KYC verification.
• Each bonus offer specifies its own eligibility criteria, including minimum deposit requirements, qualifying games, and promotional period. Players must satisfy all stated criteria to activate the bonus.
• Unless a bonus is explicitly described as "no wagering" or "cashable immediately", all bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met before any bonus-linked funds or winnings can be withdrawn.
• Standard wagering requirements for deposit match bonuses range from 20x to 40x the bonus amount, to be completed on eligible slots and casino games within the specified validity window. Sports betting wagers and certain live casino game types may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all — refer to the specific offer page for contribution percentages.
• ngd77 reserves the right to cancel any bonus at any time if it reasonably suspects that the bonus is being abused, that the player has provided false information, or that the player has breached any term of this Agreement.
• Players who have self-excluded or have active deposit limits that prevent them from meeting the minimum deposit for a promotion are not eligible to claim that promotion during the restriction period.

Welcome Bonus

New players at ngd77 may be eligible for a welcome bonus on their first deposit. Full details, including the bonus percentage, minimum deposit, maximum bonus cap, eligible games, wagering requirement, and expiry date, are published on the promotions page within the platform. Welcome bonus terms are subject to change at any time; the version of the terms in force at the time you claim the bonus governs your entitlement.

Seasonal & Recurring Promotions

ngd77 periodically offers seasonal promotions aligned with Bangladesh cultural and sporting events, including Eid, Pohela Boishakh (Bengali New Year), BPL cricket season, and T20 World Cup tournaments. These promotions are time-limited and carry their own specific eligibility and wagering rules. Players are encouraged to review the promotions page regularly and to read offer terms before opting in.

Bonus Abuse

ngd77 actively monitors betting patterns and account activity to identify potential bonus abuse. Conduct that constitutes bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once; wagering exclusively on low-margin outcomes to satisfy wagering requirements with minimal risk; using automated software or bots to complete wagering requirements; and collusion with other players to artificially meet bonus conditions. Where bonus abuse is confirmed, ngd77 reserves the right to void all bonuses, cancel associated winnings, and close the offending account.

6 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the ngd77 platform, you agree to use it lawfully, honestly, and in a manner consistent with these Terms & Conditions. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement:

• Providing false information during registration, KYC, or at any other point of interaction with ngd77.
• Registering multiple accounts or assisting others in circumventing the one-account-per-player policy.
• Accessing the platform while under the age of 18 or knowingly allowing an underage individual to use your account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human mechanism to interact with the platform, including for the purpose of placing bets, completing wagering requirements, or exploiting promotional offers.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage on the platform, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker, coordinated betting to manipulate tournament outcomes, or sharing information about private game outcomes.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the platform or any game. Any winnings obtained as a result of exploiting a technical malfunction may be voided and the account suspended pending investigation.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or criminal activity. ngd77 complies with applicable anti-money laundering standards and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ngd77 customer support staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Reverse-engineering, scraping, crawling, or copying any part of the ngd77 platform, its content, game assets, or proprietary data.

ngd77 reserves the right to take any action it deems appropriate in response to prohibited conduct, including immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to law enforcement authorities where applicable.

7 Game Rules & Betting Terms

All games available on ngd77 are supplied by certified third-party game providers. Each game is governed by its own set of rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the rules of any game before placing real-money wagers.

Sports Betting — General Rules

• All sports bets are accepted subject to the specific rules published for each sport and market type within the sportsbook.
• ngd77 reserves the right to limit, void, or cancel any bet that is placed in error, at incorrect odds, or in circumstances where the bet was accepted due to a technical malfunction.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted at the odds available at the exact moment the bet is confirmed. Delays in internet connectivity may result in bets being placed at odds that differ from those displayed — in such cases, ngd77 will apply the odds available at the server-confirmed time of bet placement.
• Cricket betting markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures — are subject to the Cricket Betting Rules document available within the sportsbook section.
• Minimum bet: ৳100 on all sports markets. Maximum single bet limits vary by market and are displayed at the point of bet placement.

Casino & Slots — General Rules

• All casino game outcomes are determined by the RNG systems of the respective game providers. ngd77 does not and cannot alter game outcomes.
• Minimum bet amounts for casino games are determined by the game provider and displayed within the game interface.
• In the event of a game disconnection during a round, the game will resume from its last confirmed state when the player reconnects. If the disconnection causes an irrecoverable error, the round may be settled based on the last confirmed game state, with any stake returned to the player's wallet where the round cannot be completed.
• Jackpot and progressive prize amounts displayed on ngd77 are provided by the game provider and may be updated in real time. ngd77 accepts no responsibility for discrepancies between amounts displayed on the ngd77 interface and those confirmed by the game provider system.

Malfunction Voids All Pays

In the event of a clear technical malfunction — including but not limited to a software error that causes an incorrectly displayed odds value, an impossibly high jackpot figure, a game crash mid-round, or a payment error — ngd77 reserves the right to void the affected game round or bet and return the stake to the player's wallet. Winnings derived from malfunctions are not valid and will not be paid.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

Voluntary Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your ngd77 account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat within your account. Before closure, ngd77 will process any pending withdrawal of your remaining real-money balance to your last verified payment method. Bonus balances are forfeited upon voluntary account closure unless otherwise stated. Account closure requests are typically processed within 5 business days.

Self-Exclusion

If you feel that your gambling behaviour is becoming problematic, ngd77 provides a self-exclusion tool accessible from the Responsible Gaming section of your account dashboard. Self-exclusion periods range from 24 hours to permanent closure. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be locked and you will be unable to log in, deposit, or place bets. Requests to reverse a self-exclusion before the chosen period ends will not be processed, except in the case of a 24-hour time-out. Suspension or Closure by ngd77

ngd77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Confirmed or suspected fraud, money laundering, identity theft, or any other criminal activity.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Confirmed bonus abuse or exploitation of technical errors.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months, subject to the dormant account policy below.

Dormant Account Policy

An account is classified as dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. ngd77 will send a notification to the registered email address 30 days before the dormancy threshold is reached. If the account remains inactive after the notification period, a dormancy administration fee of ৳200 per month will be deducted from the account balance for as long as a balance remains. Once the balance reaches zero, the account will be closed. Players may reactivate a dormant account at any time by logging in, provided the balance has not been fully consumed by dormancy fees.

Effect of Closure

Upon the closure of your account for any reason, your right to access ngd77 services terminates immediately. Any real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be handled as follows: (a) for voluntary closures and eligible terminations, the balance will be refunded to the last verified payment method; (b) for closures due to fraud, rule violations, or criminal activity, the balance may be withheld pending investigation and forfeited where ngd77 determines that the funds were obtained in breach of these Terms & Conditions.

Amendments to These Terms & Conditions

ngd77 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the registered email address and/or a notice displayed within the platform at login. Your continued use of the ngd77 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must discontinue use of the platform and may request account closure. The date at the top of this document reflects the version currently in force.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the general principles of commercial law applicable to online gaming platforms operating for the Bangladesh market. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions that cannot be resolved through ngd77's internal complaints procedure should be submitted to the ngd77 support team in writing via [email protected] for escalated review.
